Data-Driven Breeding: From Research to Resilient Crops

On Friday April 17, CropXR will welcome its community and stakeholders to participate in the event ‘Data-Driven Breeding: From Research to Resilient Crops’.

During this one-day event, we will explore how data- and knowledge-driven approaches can accelerate the transition from research to resilient crops.

Through a combination of inspiring plenary speakers and three interactive workshops, we will dive into key questions shaping the future of breeding.

Topics include:

  • Data and knowledge-driven design
  • Challenges in breeding for complex resilience traits
  • Diverse aspects of New Genomic Techniques (NGTs) for climate-adapted agriculture
  • Futureproofing data management, collaboration, and AI

The event offers ample opportunity to exchange ideas, share experiences, and connect with researchers, breeders, industry partners, and policymakers working at the forefront of innovation in crop improvement.
